WHAT IS FLEXITANK and LINER BAG ?
One way flexible tank (liner) packaging which are put in a basic 20ft (or more) sea container. This combination allows shipping bulk products instead of usual drums, tanks, isotanks, big bags and IBC. These solutions are cost effective and as a one trip shipment packaging, there is no cleaning extra cost, or tank return, allow saving labour costs and handling costs.
The more, it is ready to ship packaging, no reservation needed, no destination restriction, no more than 1 employee for loading and discharge operations, no handling nor for the sender neither for the consignee.
Both packaging are the most recent and efficient ways to save significant logistics costs and optimize shipping.

THE THERMAL LINER:
A liner which is put before the Flexitank and allows keeping goods against temperature fluctuations.
THE HEATER PAD SYSTEM:
A hose which is put before and under the Flexitank (on the floor) and used to heat the product before discharge operations in order to ensure quick unloading for viscous products or products which solidify during the transport.
